How do I know What size to order?
To determine the correct size, measure your favorite bracelet from end to end including the clasp (if part of the clasp clips inside the other, do not include the part of the clasp that clips inside) or measure around your wrist across the wristbone and add 3/4" to 1". |

How many strands can I get on one bracelet?

Do I have to get names on every strand?
No, some customers like three strands with one name in the middle or a blank strand in the middle with names on the outer two strands. Order the desired number of strands and when specifying names leave the fields blank for the strands with no names. |

Can I have more than one name on a strand? Yes, some customers request one strand with more than one name. Most of the time the names are separated by several beads. Be aware that two longer names may not fit on a single strand, but in most cases this is possible. The total number of letters for the two names together should be no more than fourteen. To order, simply select the one strand option, then enter both names in the "enter name for strand blank". The names should be separated by at least five blanks so that it will be clear that these are two separate names. |

Can I add another name later?
Yes. Just order a one strand bracelet in your bracelet style. Then, in the comments box on the last step of check-out, make sure to state that you are sending your bracelet back to have a strand added. If you do not have our shipping address, please click HERE. How do I clean my jewelry?
Keeping your jewelry in an airtight container when not wearing it will help to keep it clean. When cleaning is necessary, use our custom made cleaning cloth which comes free with each MommyBracelet® you order. |

Our keepsakes are hand strung on 49-strand nylon coated, stainless steel beading wire, the finest available. We have conducted extensive research to find the best beads for our jewelry-your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. |

How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?
Simply select Standard Shipping (USPS first class) at step 3 of check-out. If you chose this option, you can expect your order to arrive within two weeks. If you need to ship outsided of the continental United States, you may also take advantage of FREE shipping by selecting USPS Global Priority. |

I need my order sooner. Are there any quicker shipping options?
Yes. We offer USPS Priority ($5 USD), Fed Ex Express Saver ($13 USD), USPS Express ($16 USD), Fed Ex Overnight ($20 USD). Remember, our bracelets normally ship in 2-3 business days. If you need your order by a certain day, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs. Outside of the continental United States, we offer USPS Global Express ($23.00 USD). |

How long will it take to get my bracelet?
Because all of our items are custom hand-made pieces, our production times may vary based upon the time of year. Typical production time is 2 to 3 business days. However, during peak periods around Mother's Day and Christmas, allow up to two weeks. If you need your item by a certain day, please let us know in the comments section at the last step of check-out and we will try our best to meet your needs. We also offer several shipping options including Federal Express Overnight. The total time to receive your item will be the production time plus shipping time. |

Can I order a MommyBracelet to be shipped outside of the United States?
Yes. We offer several shipping options for locations outside of the United States. Any duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by MommyBracelets.com). Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Simply follow these steps when entering your address: 1)Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields. 2)Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the City field. 3)Select "AE" from the State dropdown if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Select "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Select "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent using our standard shipping option, USPS 1st class. Any duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by MommyBracelets.com).
