| Just follow these steps: |
| - Select the gift certificate amount from the drop down list below and click on "add to shopping bag".
- Proceed to checkout to pay for your gift certificate.
- After your transaction has been completed, you will see a link to email your gift certificate on the checkout success page. Or you may return to this page and click on the link in the shopping bag box at the top right.
- Simply fill in the information, email address and click to send your gift.
- The gift certificate recipient will receive a link that they can use to redeem the gift certificate. They must create a MommyBracelets account to be able to redeem the gift certificate.
- A gift certificate recipient should shop as normal, then at the payment step of checkout they will have the opportunity to check a box to apply the gift certificate to their purchase. Please make sure that this box is checked to apply toward the purchase.
- Any purchase amount over the gift certificate amount MUST be charged to a Mastercard or VISA.
- Gift certificates may be applied toward shipping and tax
- Any remaining gift certificate funds may be sent to another recipient or may be applied toward a future MommyBracelets purchase. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.

| The Fine Print |

- Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within one year of the date of issuance.
- Gift certificates must be redeemed through the MommyBracelets website, www.mommybracelets.com.
- Gift certificates or unused portions of gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Unused gift certificate balances may be transferred through the email gift certificate feature of the MommyBracelets website.
- If your order amount exceeds the gift certificate amount, you must pay for the balance with a Mastercard or VISA.
- MommyBracelets has the right to close customer accounts and require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed through the website or used to make purchases on the website.
- Gift Certificate cash value is 1/10th of one cent.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- MommyBracelets.com may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
- Just for You Jewelry, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied with respect to gift certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a gift certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of the gift certificate.
